Together for Short Lives Report: A Workforce in Crisis

A report has been published by Together for Short Lives, showing their findings regarding children's palliative care in 2019. It explains that there are too few children's community nurses and other specialised staff in the NHS and other organisations, with the vacancy rate for nurses being higher in children's hospcies than in the NHS. The report also examines the impact of this on children with life-limiting conditions and their families.
